14 Year Old Arrested For Fatal Garland Shooting That Left 3 Teens Dead and 1 In Critical Condition
A 14 year old has been arrested in connection to the deadly Garland shooting that left three teens dead and one in critical condition.
The incident happened Sunday around 7:30pm inside a Texaco gas station located on the 700 block of W. Walnut Lane.
When officers responded they found three teens deceased inside the store. A fourth victim was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
All the victims were between the age of 14 and 16.
During the investigation officers learned that the 14 year old suspect got out the passenger side of a white pickup truck. He then walked inside the store and fired at least 20 rounds.
The suspects fled the scene in the white pickup truck before officers could arrive.
The identity of the suspect has not been released at this time.
All of the victims have been identified as Ivan Noyola,16, Xavier Gonzales,14 and Rafael Garcia,17. It was said that Gonzales was just ordering tacos and was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The survivor was a 15 year old Texaco employee and has been listed in stable condition.
This investigation is ongoing.
