23 Year Old Fatally Shot During An Altercation At A Dallas Apartment Complex

A 23 year old man was arrested and charged with murder Saturday night after fatally shooting a man.
Officers responded to a shooting call at the Bonita Gardens apartment on the 3400 block of Fordham Rd.
Upon arrival officers located James Labrew,23 unresponsive from a gunshot wound.
DFR pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
According to reports a fight had ensued between the victim and Xzavien Ausborne,23, and after the fight Ausbourne pulled out a gun and shot Labrew.
He was detained at the scene and later arrested and charged with murder.
