A 50 year old man was shot and killed in an apartment complex parking lot in Lake Highlands Friday night.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 12800 block of Jupiter Rd and when they arrived they found Rogelio Martinez- Garcia,50 suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police have no suspects at this time.
This shooting investigation is ongoing.
