A 58 year old man was killed early Tuesday morning after a hit and run crash in South Dallas.
According to reports the crash happened this morning near the 7100 block of Military Pkwy when a man crossing the street was struck by a vehicle.
A witness that saw the crash called police and when they arrived the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The witness told police the suspects location and name. 
It is unclear how and if the witness knows the suspect.
The suspect was a 26 year old Latino female that was arrested later that morning and taken in to custody by Dallas police.
