On Sunday, Deion Sanders and Tracey Edmonds announced that they have called off their engagement. However, the two have said that they will continue to be friends.

“…please keep us in your prayers as we go through this transition. Thank you for being there for us ALL THESE YEARS! We love and appreciate you so much,” Edmonds said on Instagram after the announcement.

Sanders wrote back in the comments, “Love you, Tracey and You’ve been a true blessing to me. I appreciate the times we’ve shared and the laughs we’ve had. You are an amazing woman and a tremendous mother. God bless you with every endeavor and every step you take. You are HER. Tracey-Mack!!!”

In 2012, the pair met at a movie premiere and became a couple shortly after that.

In 2019, on Valentine’s Day, the Colorado Buffaloes coach and T.V. personality/producer got engaged. This came after of years of long-distance dating.

Sanders has been married on two previous occasions as Edmonds was previously married to R & B singer Babyface before divorcing in 2005.
