An investigation is underway after a wrong way crash in Fort Worth left two people dead early Monday morning.
The crash happened around 3 a.m. when a pickup truck was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 20, near Hulen Street, and collided head on into another vehicle.
Authorities and emergency crews arrived to the scene and found the driver of the pickup truck and the other vehicle deceased. A passenger inside the pickup truck was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.
It is unclear if the driver of the pickup truck was intoxicated.
This investigation is ongoing.
