Five people were arrested by Fort Worth police Saturday night following a street takeover.

Around 10:30 p.m. officers responded to a call regarding a silver and black Dodge Challenger doing donuts near the intersection of N. Beach St. and N. Tarrant Parkway.

When officers arrived they noticed a crowd standing around the vehicles filming and turned on their emergency lights. The Challenger then sped away at a high rate of speed causing a DPS helicopter to follow them.

During the pursuit a Richland Hills Lieutenant heard the chase over the scanner and was able to set up spikes. Once the Challenger was disabled it pulled into a Quicktrip where everyone hopped out of the car and into a Dodge Charger.

The Charger sped off and officers along with the helicopter began to purse the vehicle. Eventually the Charger pulled over near 121 and S. Riverside Drive.

The suspects fled but were all caught and taken into custody. Two of the suspects were juveniles and taken to a juvenile detention facility.

The other three suspects were identified as 17 year old Bruce Camacho, 19 year old Gustavo Camacho, and 20 year old Saul Olade. They were charged with evading arrest.

After further investigating officers learned that the Challenger was reportedly stolen out of Flower Mound and the Charger was reportedly stolen out of Addison.
