On January 4, 2020 at about 6:10 a.m., officers were effecting an arrest of an individual when a home owner fired one round towards the officers. The homeowner stated that she thought someone was trying to break into her vehicle so she fired a warning shot. The home owner was arrested for Aggravated Assault on a Public Servant. No one was injured and this remains an active on-going investigation at this time.
