Ms. Juicy, from the reality show, “Little Women Atlanta,” is in the hospital and has been placed in ICU.

On Friday, her publicist said that the 50-year-old star is in stable condition.

“The family is thankful for all the prayers and are asking for you to respect their privacy at this time. Please continue to keep Ms. Juicy in your prayers. We will keep you updated with any changes,” the publicist wrote.

Sources say that for the last two years, the reality star has been attempting to exercise more and make healthy eating choices.

The cause of her hospitalization has not been revealed.

Shirlene King Pearson, Ms. Juicy’s real name, used to sit beside Rickey Smiley on his syndicated morning show in Atlanta. She exited the show when Smiley headed to Dallas in 2019.

Pearson is noted for her attention-getting phrases like, “I’m the Queen of Atlanta Boo,” and, “It’s Ms. Juicy Baby.”
