Man Arrested After Stealing Equipment From A Pleasant Grove COVID-19 Testing Site

A man was arrested and charged with burglary after being identified on a video where a man was seen stealing items from a COVID-19 testing site in Pleasant Grove.
Glenn Prater,39 is accused of being the man seen on a surveillance video taking 2 air condition units, personal protective equipment and a computer on July 13 the from the new walk up testing site at the Salvation Army’s Pleasant Grove Corps Community Center.
Prater was identified by an anonymous caller and a Balch Springs police officer.
He is currently being held in Kaufman County Jail on burglary charges.
