An Oklahoma man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 4 year old girl inside a McDonald’s bathroom while she was on a field trip with her daycare.
According to reports the girl was on a field trip with the daycare in the McDonald’s play area when she went to the restroom.
Daycare workers noticed the girl didn’t return after a couple of minutes and went to check on her and noticed the door locked.
Joshua Kabatra,35 unlocked the door and walked out saying he “was just washing his hands”.
The employee asked the little girl if she was alright and she pointed at her genitals.
The employee contacted police and Kabatra was arrested and is facing two counts of rape and one count of lewd acts with a child.
