Ethan Devilbliss is a 19-year-old from San Antonio, Texas. He is accused of biting and choking a lady after she didn’t say “bye” to him correctly.
Devilbliss has been charged with assault family violence, continuous violence against family, violation of bond/protective order, interference with an emergency telephone call, and possession of marijuana.
On Wednesday evening, authorities responded to a call in the south part of Bexar County. They then found a woman who said that she was attacked after a disagreement.
Devilbliss had gotten upset when she hadn’t “properly said goodbye,” she told police.
The sheriff’s office in the county stated that the victim said that the suspect had bitten her on her neck and then started choking her.
As the woman tried to call the police, he grabbed her phone and drove off.
A short time later, officers found Devilbliss and apprehended him. He was discovered to have four active warrants. A gun with ammunition was also located in his vehicle which he wasn’t allowed to carry.
Devilbliss’s past criminal history includes unlawful carry of handguns, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and drug charges.
