A man who says that he is a homeless male model has been apprehended for masturbating while people were around. The incident happened on Friday in a Starbucks in Miami Beach, Florida.
Around 9:30 a.m., multiple people reported that they observed Blake Reign, 27, pleasuring himself.
“What are you [expletive] doing? Get the [expletive] out of here! It’s disgusting!” Alyssa DiMaria yelled at him as she was recording with her phone.
Reign was wearing a white shirt, underpants, and white socks. He was seen performing the act right in front of a coffee shop. An American flag was waving right in front of him as he looked around at customers.
Police reports note that Reign continued for 10 minutes. When officers got to the location, he took off running.
When police caught up with him, he wouldn’t listen to demands and was shot with a dart-firing stun gun. Reign then pulled the darts out of his body and fled again.
Eventually, Reign was taken down after being shot eight times and being hit with a fist. Police also kicked him in the bottom part of his back, as well.
Only one officer was hurt during the foot pursuit.
Reign was transported to a medical facility. He has been charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, disorderly conduct in an establishment, and resisting an officer without violence.
Reign has a $700 bond and is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Sunday.
