Oklahoma City Attorney, Boyfriend May Face The Death Penalty In Triple-Murder Case

1.8kviews

A criminal defense lawyer has fallen in love with her client. Now, Oklahoma is seeking the death penalty against the lawyer.

It is all a part of a love-triangle that resulted in death.

Prosecutors in Okmulgee County think that Barry Titus and Keegan Harroz should face death. This would be for killing Titus’s former girlfriend, Tiffany Eichor, and her mother and father, Jack and Evelynn Chandler.

Harroz was Titus’s Oklahoma City lawyer/ lover at that time.

Before the love triangle started, Eichor had said that Titus, 40, had threatened her relatives. She also had filed domestic abuse charges against him. Harroz, 38, was representing Titus.

In September 2019, two suspects, wearing masks, were seen on camera footage outside of a residence in Beggs. The electricity was then shut off.

As the family slept, Titus and Harroz kicked down their door and shot each person.

Documents note that Evelynn, 69, suffered tremendously after watching her husband get shot multiple times. She tried to hide in a closet before she was shot to death.

Tiffany, 43, is said to have suffered, as well. This is because she heard the suspects come into the residence and kill her parents.

Prosecutors say that Tiffany was murdered so that Titus wouldn’t be found guilty in the domestic assault matter. They add that the Chandlers were killed so that Harroz and Titus wouldn’t get charged in their daughter’s death.
