Red Robin Restaurant Staff Hid Semen In Man’s Salad After Accusing Them Of Racial Discrimination

A man accused a Red Robin restaurant in Clackamas, Oregon, of racially discriminating against his family. He says that after that, he was served a disgusting salad dressing.

The man, “T.C.,” had eaten a good amount of his food before he noticed something. Human semen had been hidden inside of his leafy salad, his lawyers say.

T.C., who is Black, has filed a lawsuit against Red Robin. He alleges racial discrimination, sexual abuse, and negligence. He is seeking $1 million in damages.

“He believes that this was done on purpose-that someone targeted him because of his skin color. He’s been really traumatized by this,” noted the man’s lawyer, Jason Kafoury.

On March 24, 2021, the man and seven other people in his family had visited the Red Robin restaurant. A worker then wanted to break the members up and have them sit separately.

T.C. observed white families in big groups, sitting together. He then mentioned it to the restaurant manager, Jason Fosberg. The manager is accused of then referring to their group as a “big gang,” documents say.

After finding the semen in his food, T.C. took many pictures of it in a napkin. He began to vomit and was found to have anxiety and nausea after he went to a hospital.

The substance was determined to be human genetic material after lab tests were conducted.

Red Robin wouldn’t provide a list of male employees who were working that evening. They had stated that their computer was hacked. However, they did hand it over later.

An investigation is continuing.
