An altercation early Saturday morning in Dallas left one man dead and another in jail.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 3700 block of Northwest Hwy.
Upon arrival officers located the victim Jose D. Alcacio Rubio,26 on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Witnesses told police that the victim had got into an altercation with the suspect Hector Manuel Ledezma,26.
Ledzeman shot the victim multiple times before fleeing the scene.
The suspect was located and arrested at a nearby business.
