1.5kviews

A custodian, in Henry County, Georgia, no longer has to walk to work everyday.

The teachers at his school put their money together and purchased a car for him.

In a video posted on the internet, ‘Mr. Chris,’ is observed receiving his new gift.

Two staff members, Ms.MacDonald and Ms. Combs, spearheaded the fundraiser for the car. They raised $1,500 and was able to buy a vehicle with about 76,000 miles on it.

In the recording, the custodian walks around the car for a moment.

“I would have never dreamt of something like this. This is mind-blowing,” he exclaimed.

What’s even better, the faculty had no clue that they had bought “Mr. Chris’s” favorite kind of vehicle.

“Unity Grove is a special place. We are so grateful for the people in our lives,” a Facebook post from the school read.
