Tow Truck Driver Fatally Shot At Gas Station While Training A New Driver

A man has been arrested for the fatal shooting death of a Georgia tow truck driver that was shot while training a new driver.

Christopher Harrold was training a new driver when they stopped at a Chevron gas station on Memorial Drive.

A person inside the vehicle with Harrold got into a confrontation with another man at the gas station. When the passenger got back into the vehicle the suspect opened fire.

Mr. Harrold was fatally struck inside his vehicle while the passenger was not.

On Thursday night officers arrested the suspect, Victor Richardson, 25, and charged him with felony murder and aggravated assault.
