A man was found tied up and shot multiple times on the side of the road late Wednesday night by a Texas Department Of Public Safety Trooper.
According to reports the Trooper was patrolling near CF Hawn Freeway when he noticed the victim on Budd Street.
The Trooper called emergency crews and the male victim was transported to a nearby hospital in serious condition.
The Trooper said the victim was able to tell him that he was kidnapped, shot and dumped along side the road. 
The victims name has not yet been released but they say he appeared to be in his 20’s.
Detectives are investigating what led up to the kidnapping and shooting. 
This investigation is ongoing.
