Trucking companies working hard and suffering from not getting paid from factoring company

Trucking company owner reaches out for help because allegedly factoring company has not paid them for their work. Trucking company and employees have attempted to contact their Factoring company (Core fund) and have not been getting a response.

When they did finally get a response, the responder informed them that their family member stole money, and this was one of the issues of why they couldn’t pay.

After the trucking company further researched the issue, and looked around social media, they found out other truckers was having the same problems with this company. The Trucking company is experiencing more than one issue, because not only are they not getting paid but, they can’t pay employees. The main issue is the trucking company can’t switch factoring companies until they are released out of contract. Allegedly, Core fund has a UCC lien on all business owners so that they can’t book loads and get paid due to the UCC hold. This is taking a toll on deliveries that consumers and businesses are expecting. This is also a struggle for the workers and trucking companies operating these trucks. They need to feed their families as well. We need to take a stand and make sure this factoring company is held accountable!
