Police have arrested two teens in connection with the fatal shooting death of 13 year old Zakavia Walker.
The incident happened almost a month ago when officers responded to a shooting call on the 3500 block of Altamesa Boulevard, which is a strip mall.
Upon arrival officers found the victim, Zakavia Walker,13 suffering from a gunshot wound behind a LA Fitness.
She was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead.
A month later police have arrested two teens.
One of the teens was charged with manslaughter and the other was charged with tampering with evidence and obstruction.
No further information has been given at this time.
