One TikTok user, a woman named Katie, from the UK, stated that she fell in love after meeting an U.S. prisoner on writeaprisoner.com.
The woman initially met the prisoner when she began to write him letters. She then traveled 4,000 miles to meet him face to face.
She has openly discussed her situation on TikTok. Katie said that she has fallen hard for her mate, Danny. This is despite him being locked up for armed robbery, possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.
Danny has three years left out of his 8 year prison sentence. Katie is planning to wait for the guy she unintentionally started having feelings for.
Her videos also revealed that Danny got her birthday tattooed on his ring finger. A recording shows the couple meeting for the first time, hugging and even kissing although it wasn’t allowed.
Many TikTokers expressed their excitement and encouragement for the couple’s relationship.
