An 18 year old male was arrested and charged with the murder of a 35 year old man Tuesday.
The incident occurred on Sunday February 21 when Irving police were called to the 4200 block of Reserve Way for a fight and possible shooting.
Upon arrival officers located Keenon Culver,35 lying on the sidewalk suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest.
He was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital where he died from his injuries.
During investigation officers learned that Ghaza Harris,18 was responsible for the shooting and issued a murder warrant for his arrest.
Harris turned himself into a Dallas police station Tuesday where he was later transported to Irving City jail.
This investigation remains ongoing.
