A shocking cell phone video shows a Los Angeles County deputy slamming a woman onto the ground and keeping her down outside a Winco grocery store in Lancaster.
The department said deputies were detaining a man and woman accused of shoplifting inside the store.
The footage shows the deputy putting handcuffs on a man prior to approaching a woman who was recording the incident.
The woman told the deputy not to touch her before he slammed her to the ground. The woman is heard saying she could not breathe, the officer then proceeded to spray mace into her eyes.
An investigation is underway.

We’re supposed to trust them though everyday more and more they are becoming the ones we have to beware of its sickening how he treated this lady he should have to answer for his actions but he probably won’t
