After working out a formal custody and child support arrangement, actress Halle Berry has finalized her divorce to Oliver Martinez.
In 2015, Halle and Oliver broke up after two years of marriage. The two have one child together, Maceo, 9. Because of custody and child support, the case has gone on for several years although there had been a prenup.
Now, the ex-couple has agreed to terms regarding joint legal and physical custody of Maceo. Halle will have Maceo from Monday to Wednesday, and Oliver will have him from Wednesday to Friday. Every other weekend, Maceo will alternate between the two.
In the matter of child support, Halle has to give Oliver $8,000 per month. She also has to give up 4.3 percent of all income that she gets above $2 million, pay for Maceo’s private school tuition, 100% of his extracurricular activities, and his health insurance.
