On November 17, 2023, a confessed member of the Peckerwoods white supremacist gang from Rockwall, Texas, was sentenced to 200 months in federal prison. This was for his part in methamphetamine trafficking.

In February, 35-year-old Levi Chamberlain Hardcastle pled guilty to an intent to distribute and deliver more than 50 grams of methamphetamine. He and eight others were accused of multiple federal offenses according to a 2022 indictment.

The man from Rockwall confessed to delivering 1,494.6 grams of methamphetamine, estimated at about $10,500,000, to an undercover agent on three various instances.

As his hearing took place, Hardcastle admitted to being a member of the Peckerwoods, a white supremacist gang affiliated with offenses such as drug-trafficking, weapons offenses, and violence.

It is noted that the punishments of Hardcastle and his associates is a reminder of the extensively carried out unlawful operations of white supremacist groups.
