Around 10 a.m., on August 29 Garland PD were dispatched to a call at Audubon Park at 342 W. Oates Road regarding a male being unresponsive inside a vehicle.
Once they arrived they found 21 year old Arturo Peña, of Mesquite, deceased inside the vehicle from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.
On August 27, Peña was reported missing in Dallas County.
No further details have been released at this time.
