LaDonna Williams, a 41-year-old mother of three from Florida, had been missing since February.
Authorities say that her body has been discovered buried in a backyard of a rental property in Jacksonville, FL.
On April 20, the owner of the rental home contacted police. He stated that he had found a dead body as he was preparing the residence for renters. Family members of the victim later identified her as LaDonna.
Authorities believe that LaDonna was murdered but aren’t sure how or who committed the act.
“She was a very good mother. She was a good mother to all my friends, and my siblings, as well,” her daughter said.
In 2015, LaDonna and her son were the victims of a domestic knife attack.
Now, a GoFundMe campaign has been created to help her family with her funeral expenses.
An investigation into LaDonna’s death is continuing.
