Aaron Rodgers, the quarterback, with the New York Jets is out for the season after suffering a torn Achilles

Rodgers was injured during the Monday Night Football game against the Buffalo Bills when he was tackled..

Initially it was thought that Rodgers had suffered a high ankle sprain but an MRI revealed Tuesday that, he in fact, had torn his left Achilles tendon.

Now the superstar will be sidelined for the remainder of the season and backup quarterback Zach Wilson will start.
