Giovanny Campos, a 50-year-old bus driver, has been indicted after being accused of abducting and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old student multiple times this year. The incidences are said to have occurred at his apartment and on the bus, officials say.

On Thursday, Campos pleaded not guilty to second-degree kidnapping, third-degree rape, two counts of third-degree criminal sex act, and reckless endangerment.

Campos, of Queens, New York, is accused of raping the victim continuously from January to July. He was apprehended at his residence on September 28.

The bail for Campos was set at $150,000 cash, $300,000 bond, and $1.25 million partially secured bond. If he is found guilty, he could be sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Campos is set to appear in court again on December 12.

Cheese Bus Co., for which Campos worked, driving from Central High School to North High School in Valley Stream, has noted that he is no longer employed there.
