TikTok Star Ava Majury’s Stalking Case Dismissed After Dad Had Already Killed Another Stalker

Ava Majury has more than 1 million followers on TikTok and 57.5 million likes on all of her videos. Thus, the 15-year-old is very known on social media.

Eric Justin, 15, went to Majury’s home, in Naples, Florida, on July 10, 2020. He blew open the front door with a shotgun. Several rounds were fired into the girl’s bedroom.

Her father then confronted Justin who ran and was fatally shot.

Now, two years later, Majury is involved in another matter. She has testified against an ex-schoolmate who she says was stalking her.

On Monday, Majury testified that a juvenile was following her. “I was terrified. I took myself out of many things that I love…took myself out of soccer when we were headed to the state mid-season,” she said.

Majury’s attorneys stated that the schoolmate had been in contact with Justin who wanted to kill her family.

Reports indicate that the girl would sometimes request information about Justin like texts and Snapchat messages. This was because she was aware that the two had been in communication with each other.

The defendant’s lawyer said that his client willingly gave Majury information about Justin. This was so that Majury would have knowledge about the situation. The lawyer added that his client didn’t fit the definition of a stalker.

There wasn’t enough proof that the schoolmate was a stalker. Therefore, the Florida judge dismissed the case after the hour-and-a-half long hearing.

Although her Instagram account is still active, Majury’s TikTok account no longer is.
