Two people have died, and three others are injured after a shooting occurred at a flea market in Houston. It happened as thousands of people were shopping on Sunday.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office stated that the shooting was a result of a fight that broke out between five men, around 1 p.m.
Two people were declared deceased at the scene, and three other men were sent to the hospital.
No bystanders were injured.
The sheriff’s office added that two suspects were detained at the location. Another possible suspect was transported to a medical facility.
Two guns were taken from the scene, as well.
Authorities haven’t released any more information on the incident but disclosed that the men appear to be in their 20s and were familiar with each other.
