Kyle Rittenhouse’s Rifle Destroyed On Camera

1.3kviews

Kyle Rittenhouse used an assault-style rifle to shoot three people while a racial injustice protest was taking place. The incident occurred two years ago in Kenosha, WI.

In a recording posted on Friday, a Wisconsin state lab technician is observed shredding the weapon.

The technician put the rifle into a big mechanical shredder subsequent to a judge ordering its destruction in January. Rittenhouse’s lawyer had asked for it to be destroyed. This came after Rittenhouse stated that he didn’t want anyone else to buy it or use it as a trophy.

It was mandatory that the process be recorded.

In November, Rittenhouse was found not guilty of homicide charges in the killings of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26.

Rittenhouse had gone from Illinois to Wisconsin to assist with keeping businesess safe as people protested the shooting of Jacob Blake by police in 2020.

Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time, said that he was simply defending himself.

Many right-wing politicians supported Rittenhouse for defending himself against protestors.

He was cleared of any wrongdoing by an all-white jury.
