Andre Julius Bacsa, a 34 year-old Ohio corrections officer, has been arrested. Moreover, he is on paid leave after allegedly raping 3 inmates within 17 days. Additionally, his bond was set at $100,000.
Documents state in one occurrence Bacsa entered the cell of an inmate and used force to perform oral sex on him.
His offenses include criminal complaints with three counts of rape. This is a first-degree felony. Also, more charges of sexual battery and gross sexual imposition were included.
Now, the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s office said they are attempting to transfer Bacsa to a different facility outside of the county. He is currently incarcerated in the same county where he is employed.
